Greenway is a family-owned plumbing company in Orlando.
On Google, 671 customers gave it a 4.9 rating.
That is the strongest reason anyone has to call you.
On a phone, though, the number can't be tapped,
the rating is nowhere on the site,
and one of the three banners at the top asks for resumes.
Before any problem, here is what Greenway already has.
A 4.9 rating from 671 customers on Google.
A state license, CFC 1428250, shown in the footer.
A family-owned team, with the neighborhoods it serves listed on the Services page.
The site itself is in good shape.
It is light, and nothing jumps around while it loads.
The phone number is at the top of every page.
So this diagnosis is not about the score.
It is about what the score doesn't measure:
whether someone with a leak can call you in one tap,
and whether they see why they should.
Every finding below was measured on the live site, and you can check each one yourself.
Google's free speed test (PageSpeed Insights), on a phone, on October 31, 2026.
The test ran from North America.
Your Google Business profile, the same day.
I also opened each page of your site, on a computer and on a phone.
Each one comes with the way to check it yourself,
and with what I'd do about it.
I point at the problem, not at whoever built the site.
The number (407) 234-0003 is on every page, in the header and on the banners.
But it is plain text, not a call button.
On the home, About, Services and Contact pages, tapping it never starts a call.
Someone with water on the floor has to memorize the number or copy it.
Many will just call the next plumber on Google.
A "Call now" button with the number, always visible at the bottom of the screen on a phone.
One tap and the phone is dialing.
The number becomes a link on every page.
Google shows 4.9 stars from 671 customers.
It is the first thing people compare when they choose a plumber.
On your site, the Reviews page shows one Porch badge and a link.
The home page doesn't mention Google, the rating or a single customer quote.
The rating and the number of reviews on the first screen, right next to the phone.
A few real reviews from Google, with name and date.
The Reviews page built on them, and kept up to date.
The banner at the top rotates every few seconds.
Two slides say "Call today".
The third says "We're Hiring! Send your resume", with an About Us button instead of Contact.
So part of the people who need a plumber see a job ad in the most valuable spot on the page.
The good news: you're hiring, which means the business is growing.
The top stays for customers: phone, rating and a short quote request.
The job openings keep their Careers page, linked in the menu and the footer,
where people looking for a job already go.
In Google's own speed test, on mobile, the home page takes 4.9 seconds to show its main content.
Google rates anything above 4 seconds as slow.
Someone on cell data, in a hurry, often leaves before that.
Most of the wait is the page loading extra files before it shows anything,
and pictures bigger than a phone needs.
A first screen that shows the phone and the rating first, and loads the rest after.
Images sized for phones.
The goal is under 2.5 seconds, on the same Google test.
This is a preview of a new home page for Greenway.
It uses only what you already publish: your services, your neighborhoods, your license
and recent Google reviews from your customers, quoted word for word with their names.
It isn't live, Google doesn't index it, and nothing changes on your site unless you decide so.
Tap to call from anywhere on the page.
On phones, a Call bar stays at the bottom of the screen.
The 4.9 rating sits right above the headline.
Recent Google reviews appear further down, word for word, with each customer's name.
Careers moved to the menu and the footer,
with both openings listed.
Same Google speed test, same day, on mobile: the preview shows its main content in 1.5 seconds,
against 4.9 seconds for your current home page. Speed score: 100, against 75.
Whoever updates your website can do each one in a few minutes.
If you'd rather fix these yourselves, this list is yours,
no strings attached.
Remove the "We're Hiring!" slide from the banner on the home page.
Your job openings stay on the Careers page, linked in the menu.
Add one line at the top of the site: "4.9 stars · Read our 671 reviews on Google",
linking to your Google profile.
Turn (407) 234-0003 into a call link,
so one tap on a phone starts the call.
The person who edits your site will know how: it is a link that starts with "tel:".
Every option fixes the four problems above.
The difference is how much of the site is rebuilt in the same style.
Your domain stays yours, and every page keeps the address it has today.
Your new home page, published on your current domain.
The home plus About, Services, Contact and Reviews, in the same style.
Everything in option B, plus one page for each main service.
A number of new calls, or a revenue figure.
Calls depend on your ads, your area and your team.
What I do promise can be checked on delivery day:

I found Greenway while looking for well-rated plumbers in Orlando.
Nobody asked me to write this,
and you don't owe me anything for it.
A 4.9 rating from 671 customers, a state license, a family team.
Everything Greenway needs to show, it already has.
The site just doesn't show it yet.
